Shipping & Returns

Where we ship from:

We ship direct from either our own showroom premises or direct from the manufacturer straight to your doorstep. We currently offer Free Standard Shipping to the 48 lower US States.

Keeping you updated - Order Notifications:

After you place an order you will receive an order notification email to your email inbox. This is your receipt and proof of purchase. If any information is incorrect on the receipt, such as address or quantity of items, please contact us immediately via phone or email. Please check your spam or junk folder if the order notification does not appear in your inbox.

Shipping Times & Methods:

You can choose between two shipping methods at checkout. Please note that some restrictions apply to custom orders, larger electric and stationary tables.

• Free Standard Shipping – Normally delivers in 5 business days
• Guaranteed 2 Day Air Shipping – Delivers in 2 business days

Our portable massage tables and general massage supplies normally shop out the same day. Custom orders may take an extra day to organize. Our large electric and stationary tables are usually built to order and can take an additional 7-10 business days to manufacturer Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping can be applied to these orders, but the item will be shipped after the 7-10 business days to manufacturer.


Keeping you updated - Shipping Notifications:
All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, normally same day. We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on the status of your order. After your order is shipped you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.


Can you collect the order in person:
You may pick up your table direct from our showroom premises in Wyoming or if you live in the same city/state that your table is manufactured you are welcome to collect it from the manufacturer’s location.

Please leave a note in the Delivery Instructions to let us know you would like to do a local pickup. We will be in touch with you to give you a pickup time.

International Shipping:
We can ship to anywhere in the world! To receive a quote for international orders (outside the 48 Continental US) please email sales@massageworld.com. Include in the email all items you wish to purchase and the complete shipping address.  Please note Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery cannot be applied to international orders including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.


Bulk Orders or Large Quantities:
If you are looking to purchase a large number of tables or accessories please email us for a quote. Some discounts may apply, but will depend on the items ordered and the quantity. In the email please include the items you wish to purchase, quantity and shipping address.


Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return items within 90 days of delivery date.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded free of charge. All items are checked before they leave and orders ship from our locations in perfect condition. If any damage occurs to your product during shipping or contains a manufacturers defect please contact us immediately by phone or email. When signing for the order with the carrier, please make a note of any packaging damage next to where you sign your signature on the carrier's handheld device or paperwork.

Any photos you can take of the damage or defects will help us greatly in expediting the return.

We will then organize a replacement.

If you need to return an item that you simply do not want, please login to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. After we receive your request we will contact you via e-mail to assist you through the return process. If you did not originally create an account with us please email returns@massageworld.com and state the items you wish to return. All items must be in like new condition and received back in original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
